28/4/10 A Quick Update on LJ'z
- Original planning permission for LJ’z was given subject to a CCTV camera connected to the central control centre in the police station being installed on the front pillar of Wilkinson’s. All costs for the camera are to be provided by LJ’z, but Aylesbury Vale District Council (AVDC) wanted to ensure that the agreement between all parties (LJ’z, Wilkinson’s, and AVDC) was signed and sealed before the opening of LJ’z. The preparation and agreement of this proposal has taken far longer than expected, and it is as a result of this delay that the opening of LJ’z has been continuously pushed back. We at LJ’z thought it was our responsibility to our loyal customers to provide an explanation for the delay in our opening, and hope that this can put an end to any unsubstantiated rumours regarding the delay in our opening.
